On Wednesday 18th February 2015 I Attended St Rollox Royal Arch Chapter No144. along with the members of Dennistoun Harmony of Unity Royal Arch Chapter to confer the Affiliation to the Mark and Excellent Masters Degree
I did the Affiliation to the Mark as the Mark Master I also took part in the Excellent Masters Degree doing 2 of the veils
On Tuesday 17th February 2015 I visited Maryhill Royal Arch Chapter No296 where I witnessed A royal Arch Degree by Roman Fort Royal Arch Chapter no 501 on a Candidate. It was a good Degree and enjoyed by all I commented on the degree how you could hear every Part of the degree without exception and the attention Paid to the Degree team
It was a great Harmony and I collected £54 for my charity walk
On Wednesday 11th February 2015 I visited Dennistoun Harmony of Unity RAC No266
it was their annual provincial visitation to check the books etc., I attended as the First principal of St. Vincent it was a good night but I did not stay after the meeting to find out the results of their annual Raffle so don’t know if I won anything yet
on Tuesday 10th February 2015 I attended St Andrew of Glasgow
it was supposed to be a degree by Rhinsdale RAC but due to circumstances of with their control a last minute change meant we got a Lecture instead at the harmony it was on the power of words and how they exclude and include certain classes of people from certain understanding it was very well presented and received by the Companions and caused a discussion on the modernisation of the Degrees
Great night but no raffles
As part of the provincial visitation I attended Thetis RAC on Thursday 4th February 2015 where I witnessed shamrock &thistle do a Royal Arch Degree it was good
Good night all round but did not win any raffle prizes
On 2nd February 2015 I attended my Preceptory where it was the district Visitation, the office bearers performed the Templar grades on a candidate, It was very well performed by the members.
It was a good meeting but I did not stay afterwards
On Wednesday 28th January 2015 I along with other members of St John 257 attended Torrie RAC in Fife. Where we witnessed a Royal Arch Degree by Dunfermline RAC No 36 it was the first time they have Performed The Royal Arch Degree outside their own chapter in a number of years. It was well performed and thorough enjoyable
Great night and we have arranged to go next month and perform the Affiliation to the Mark and Excellent Masters Degree
But no raffle prizes this time
On Tuesday 27th January I attended My Adopted Chapter, where we had 2 candidates for the Royal Arch Degree which was carried out by Partick Royal Arch Chapter No 113. The I.P.Z lead the Deputation and the Degree was Excellent with the Pedestal lecture was carried out by 95 year old Alec who was excellent as usual It was a great Meeting and we had an informal burns Night with Haggis Neaps and Potatoes Excellent Night enjoyed by All
On Friday 23rd January 2015 I attended Cathedral Lodge & Council where I am the Treasurer it was the Annual Provincial Visitation to check the books and accounts of the Council I was pleased to get a Clear minute with just a minor criticism of the balance sheet
But all good Great night
On Tuesday 20th January 2015 I visited Maryhill RAC I was there leading the Deputation from St Vincent Plantation where we carried out the Affiliation to the Mark and the Excellent Masters Degree on a Candidate
We performed a Good Degree and the companions of Maryhill Were satisfied with the work of the Evening never won a raffle though
