Nokia 1020
My wife was due a upgrade for her mobile phone and i managed to talk her into a Nokia 1020 this was based on a few things the camera , ease of use , not wishing to pay upfront costs for another brand (samsung) looking through the Three network at available phones and contracts “the one plan” had many phones at the same price of contract but what got me was the price range for the actual phone some as cheap as £120 on “pay as you go” but £36 a month on “the one Plan” But there are some stupid people out there
the Nokia 1020 is worth £549 this is the same as the Galaxy S4 (Upfront £29)
The phone is Bright yellow and has a large 4.5″ screen the picture quality is absolutely brilliant and bright very easy to see and great for watching videos
The camera although it is a 40mb pixel there is a little delay between pressing ant the photo being taken but i have not investigated the settings yet
All the contacts seem to be either associated with facebook or windows live it is very intuitive to use and easy to get to grips with (the only thing i miss from android is the pulldown for Quick access to switch features on and off) But its now my phone so dont bother me too much The wife has complained that it does not have a “Normal contacts list” She is making good use of it so far
From setting up and configuring the phone i found it great and would definetly recomend it as a great option for your next phone
HAVE A LOOK BEFORE DISMISSING IT
